Amica Hot & Ice Bag: Pain relief hot cold therapy reusable ice bag pack for head, shoulder, back, knee, ankle.

Product information: Use with ice cubes, crushed ice for cold water or hot water (below 70 Celcius).  Pleated design allows bag fabric to conform closely to body contours.

Product care: After use, drain bag and air dry before replacing lid. Use only hot water (below 70 Celcius) or ice with this product.

Instructions: Unscrew lid counterclockwise. Fill with ice or hot water (below 70 Celcius) 2/3 full and secure lid.
