How BETADINE SORE THROAT SPRAY works?
The active ingredient of BETADINE® Sore Throat Spray which is 'povidone-iodine', kill germs immediately to prevent infections. When povidone iodine, the active ingredient in BETADINE® products was invented in 1955, it quickly became known as the universally preferred broad spectrum iodine antiseptic.

Protection and symptomatic relief of sore throat.
Information
Throat Spray contains an active ingredient - Povidone-Iodine 0.45% w/v
Indication
For protection and symptomatic relief of sore throat and mouth ulcers. For oral hygiene prior to, during and after dental and oral surgery.
Suitable for children above the age of 6 years.
Dosage
Spray to the affected area several times a day (every 3 - 4 hours).
Cautionary Instruction
In rare instance of sensitivity, discontinue treatment and consult a physician.
Contra Indication
Sensitivity to Iodine.Hyperthyroidism.
